Shipping is determined when you
place your order. You will determine the speed of your shipment during check out. We ship orders Monday-Friday.
International orders (outside UE) are typically shipped via DHL. Note: Shipping cost DOES NOT include duties and taxes as these vary by destination country. If you would prefer an alternate shipping method, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We will accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
All return packages must be fully insured and carefully packed. We will not issue a refund on items damaged in return shipping.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items. All SALE purchases are final.
