All our stock is in Florence, Italy. Products arrive straight from the original brand, with original labeling and packaging. 

We ship throughout Italy and worldwide.

We ship from Florence. NO customs fees, ONLY SHIPPING, and the best rate guaranteed on orders within Italy and EU.

Shipping is determined when you place your order. You will determine the speed of your shipment during check out.

We ship orders Monday-Friday.

Italy:

Standard: €8 - 2/4 business days.

Express: €13 - 1/2 business days.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF €80 OR MORE.

FREE PICK UP IS AVAILABLE IN FLORENCE.

 

EU: 

Express: €26 - 1/2 business days.

 

Europe (extra EU): 

Express: €32 - 1/2 business days.

 

Usa - Canada: 

Express: € 38 - 1/2 business days.

 

Rest of the world: 

Express: €41 - 1/2 business days.

 

International orders are typically shipped via DHL. 
Note: Shipping cost DOES NOT include duties and taxes as these vary by destination country. If you would prefer an alternate shipping method, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

Please, contact us directly if you would like to return or exchange an item, email us at info@mercerstoreco.com .

We will accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date.  Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

All return packages must be fully insured and carefully packed. We will not issue a refund on items damaged in return shipping. 

We will not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items. All SALE purchases are final.
