International orders (outside UE) are typically shipped via DHL. Note: Shipping cost DOES NOT include duties and taxes as these vary by destination country. We will accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date.  Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

All return packages must be fully insured and carefully packed. We will not issue a refund on items damaged in return shipping.
